Default Hello, I'm vet student from Malaysia, I need some help and advice..

Hello to all doctors and friends,
I'm a final year vet student from Malaysia. Currently I'm about to start a project about prevalence of swine enzootic pneumonia in Malaysia. The method is basically by collecting samples and detecting the presence of Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae using PCR assay. The problem is, I'm not sure about which type of primers need to be used to detect Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae as from what I knew, no one has done such research in Malaysia before. Here, I sincerely hope vets or experts from neighbouring country can give me advise in this matter. Your help is very much appreciated.Thank you very much. Terima kasih.

Has any neighbor country done something like that? If yes, try with the primers which they were using...
