Hi,
there are many commercial kits you can use for this. The price is different, depending on the producer. You'll have the protocol in the kit's package insert also. For sure, you'll need a centrifuge. With a quick search of the web you'll find some kits available (and also many materials about the usage of prp). I wanted to attach some examples - I do not know why it does not work.
