I suggest overohistrectomy
and open castration also
Depending on the interest of the would -be graduate, if his interest lies in small animal , he should be a able to perform basic surgeries like castration, caesarean section (c.s), laparatomy, phalectomy, tail ducking, herniorrhaphy, amputation etc. and if his interest lies in large animals he should be castration, rumenotomy, C.S, disbudding, dehorning, herniorrhaphy, laparatomy etc.
castration of course
ovariectomy and castration
In small animals:
I thinks castration and docking is easy to perform.
In large animals:
Rumenotomy, tail amputation, umbilical hernia is easy to perform.
NOTE
Anyone interested in poultry disease diagnosis and management, please share your knowledge with me

caesarean section +1
OHE +1
I think castration in male and caesarean section in female. These cases will be found so much if they want to be a practician and and a fresh undergraduate should be able to perform that..
OHE and Castration = MUST Surgery!!
